Who these terms are with

These terms are between you (a dental practice, or an agency acting on behalf of one) and Core Softwares Ltd, trading as SHRAIX, company number 14533487, registered office Office 5497, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA ("we", "us").

What we provide

We provide two services: the AI Visibility Audit (a one-off report, £199, delivered within 72 hours of receiving your details) and the Monthly GEO Retainer (ongoing citation placement, listing clean-up and monthly re-testing, £500 a month at our founding rate for practices that start before 31 January 2027, then £750 a month for new practices). We also deliver both white-label for agencies, under the same terms.

Exclusivity

We work with one practice per treatment per town at a time. While you are a client, we won't take on another practice competing with you for the same treatment in the same town.

Retainer term and cancellation

The Monthly GEO Retainer has a three-month minimum term, then continues on a rolling monthly basis. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice (an email to shrey@shraix.co.uk is sufficient). You keep every report and brief we've produced for you, whether or not you continue.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with us when you book an audit or start a retainer. If you start the Monthly GEO Retainer within 30 days of a paid audit, the audit fee is credited against your first month.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee that any AI assistant (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity or any other) will name or recommend your practice. No one can honestly make that guarantee, because we don't control these platforms. What we do promise is to carry out the work described on this site, and to show you exactly what each assistant says, every month, under the same test conditions.

Your responsibilities

You (or your clinicians) are responsible for approving any patient-facing content before it is published, and for making sure it's accurate and compliant with GDC and ASA rules. We rely on the information you give us about your practice, treatments and town.

What we don't do

We don't run ads or social media, rebuild websites, buy reviews, or create fake listings, as part of these services.

Intellectual property

Reports, fix lists and briefs we produce for you are yours to use for your own practice. We retain our underlying methods and tools.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the decisions made by third-party AI platforms that are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
