Privacy Policy

Who we are

SHRAIX is a trading name of Core Softwares Ltd ("SHRAIX", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14533487. Our registered office is Office 5497, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect data you give us directly, through:

• Our forms (availability check, free five-question check, and contact form): your name, practice or agency name, town, email address, treatment or service of interest, and any message you write.
• Booking a call through our Calendly link: your name, email and the booking details you provide to Calendly.
• Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It gives us aggregated, anonymous figures such as page views.

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, deliver an audit or retainer you've asked for, and run our contract with you if you become a client. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and on performing a contract once you engage us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run this site and our services. We don't sell or rent your data.

• Web3Forms – processes the forms on this site and delivers submissions to us by email.
• Calendly – handles call bookings.
• Cloudflare – hosts this website and provides cookieless analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. If you ask us to delete your data sooner and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email shrey@shraix.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless, which is why you won't see a cookie banner here.
